| In a nutshell, I'm an independent Sagittarian born December 1st with Cancer rising, a Scorpio moon and a Pisces Midheaven. My approach to life is a combination of Buddhism and metaphysics.
Besides art and travel photography, my favorite things in life include astrology (obviously!), fitness (specifically running & weight training), middle-eastern food (vegetarian), alternative rock, chocolate, and long walks at sunset.
I am obsessed with Atlantis, ancient Egypt, Orion and the Pleiades.
I grew up in Rhode Island, lived in the Boston area for 20 years, moved to Scottsdale, Arizona for 3 years, then came back to Boston in 2007.
Currently I spend summers & autumns in Boston, and then hybernate to California (Silicon Valley) for the colder months.

In between projects, I travel and attempt to capture the beauty and essence of a place through my photography. Some places on my list to visit include: Peru, Australia, India, Tibet, Thailand, Kenya, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Turkey and Israel (and the list gets longer and longer...)
Besides being passionate about travel, I am passionate about using my website to offer others a virtual journey of beautiful places worldwide. I believe websites, rather than merely displaying information, should present a window to another world, and this is what I've tried to do with Magical Places.
